      <title>Received Notice from 4 digit shortcode 4013 that my account is on hold</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just received a text message from 4013 that my account was on hold due to an "unresolved issue with my payment." However, when I logged into my account (not using the link provided), everything was fine and payments had gone through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What concerns me is that I had a long list of messages from 4013 that appeared to be legitimate, going back to June of this past year..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The link provided was publicmobile.ca/sl/WZAKEDJzem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is going on here? Can you confirm your use of the 4013 short code? Has someone hijacked it? Why would I receive this message if nothing was wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jojo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile does use 3-4 digit numbers to contact customers. As you mentioned you already checked your account and everything was fine/payment went through. I would double check on your device you can use all your services (data, calls, etc). and if so, you should be good and can ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to be 100% certain, you can contact a PM customer service rep to verify it for you, you can do so by messaging them here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
