What you could do is port out #1 sim number to another prepaid provider and then have #2 sim port that number back into Public Mobile.

Is it possible to transfer a plan to a family member? I'm cancelling one number (sim#1) with public mobile $35 plan, but I have another number (sim#2) with $17 monthly plan. Is it possible to cancel the sim#2 number with $17 plan instead and transfer $17 plan to sim#1. The idea is to keep #1sim number. Thx

About the only thing I believe you can do is leave the account in your name and change the visa associated with the account to whoever you want to give the plan to. Then they can either give them your number or get a new one for them. I doubt they will be able to port their number to the account but I don't really know if you can or not.
