      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was setting up my new account/sim.&amp;nbsp; I got my old number ported over but my new esim won't work and nev&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;er got qr cide email.&amp;nbsp; when I try to login to my account I get a forbidden A1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;on my phone and PC&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
