      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/500930"&gt;@Yseane093&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you able to make and receive calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if only text an issue, it is more an iMessage problem.&amp;nbsp; You can reboot the phone first, then remove the phone number from iMessage settings, reboot again and then enter the number one more time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;And because of the Black Friday activateion, the iMessage re-registration could take long, just be patient and wait&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the end of the day CS agent was able to assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue was they ask for 13 digit account number from previous provider. However I only had a 9 digit account number so I added 4 zeroes at the beginning in order to continue but somehow that turned out to be incorrect and so they cancelled my request.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All fixed now thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
