Sharing is caring referral code no longer offered?

You know when you login you go to OVERVIEW and on the right side is this massive

SHARING IS CARING

Then there is a link there you can copy or pick email, facebook, whatever

Well i checked and my link is like this

https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans?referral=

No referral code is on the end anymore

Have they gone rid of that and not updated the website?

I think mine is ok

but I think you can just copy the code and share with friend. It is better as your friend should use the app to subscribe but the link only get you to the website

referal is still a thing. So do you need a referal code ?...if so ask a family member or friend with a PM account...they be happy to provide it to you.

added...if you're looking for your referral code to give to your friend...log in to your account / My Referrals ...you'll see the "Sharing is Caring" banner and your referral code is just below that.

The is a long standing bug. Nothing has happened to the codes and nothing has changed as to how the referral links work. For some reason, the codes occasional blank out when a customer looks inside the account. Randomly, it will reappear.

I used to have a PM refferal

What i am saying is the link is there "without" the code on the end.

Ah okay so i have to wait for it to reappear. As right now i wouldnt' get credit for that link if i gave them it without the code on the end.

Someone above says its a known bug that it disappears in the account then reappears.

hi @JONMILLS

if you referred a friend , ask the friend to submit ticket with PM support and ask them to add thr code back

but as said, it is safer to give them the actual code instead of the link. The link won't do anything if the friend uses the app to activate
