I am already a subscriber ($34/month) but I’d like to change plans to include Mexico calling — there is currently a $29 plan available only to new subscribers. Instead of leaving public for Fido, can I skip that step and just get the $29 plan? I’d like to stay with public and I will if I can just change plans!

hi @Chris123451 you can only change plan to those available on your My Account's Change Subscription page. if it is not there, sorry, you cannot change to it

is that $35 roaming plan that includes Mexico available to you? Maybe you can change to that one instead

@Chris123451 Is it just calling to Mexico that you want? There is an add on for that. If it's roaming you want and you decide to leave PM, make sure that where you're going to doesn't have additional roaming charges. The PM Canada-US-Mexico plans don't have any extra charges, unlike some of the other carriers.
