iMessage/sms/FaceTime not working after porting

I thought I had an issue with OTP not sending g to my phone to verify my account. It turns out that after porting my number SMS/imessage/FaceTime do not work. I can get calls in/out and data works.
I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting even with Apple. I’m waiting for public to get back to me.
anyone else experience this and know of the solution. I feel like it’s public that has to fix this, thanks.

Check your cellular settings on your Phone. Under Network Selection - Ensure that PM is the selected provider and not your old one.

Perhaps it may fix your issue

Thank you, I did that as well. But PM did a network reset on their end and that solved my issues. Thanks!

My husband is having this trouble. Also he can make outgoing calls, but is not receiving calls.
