      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought I had an issue with OTP not sending g to my phone to verify my account. It turns out that after porting my number SMS/imessage/FaceTime do not work. I can get calls in/out and data works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting even with Apple. I’m waiting for public to get back to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;anyone else experience this and know of the solution. I feel like it’s public that has to fix this, thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Under Network Selection - Ensure that PM is the selected provider and not your old one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Perhaps it may fix your issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
