Hello,

A family member just informed me of the Boxing Day Deals but unfortunately it appears they are gone. I never received any notifications or I would have upgraded. How to get notifications for deals ?

@elsepa Ask support to make sure you on the list to receive email and text notifications for special offers

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

If you are existing customer BD deal might not be applicable to you as most of the time they are geared toward new members.
You can open a ticket and ask agent if he can do anything for you.

@elsepa there used to be a link that was on the Public Mobile page where you get sign up for notifications but to be honest, I signed up for it and don't recall ever receiving anything messages for deals/promotions and I periodically check my spam/trash folders. Best to just check the website from time to time especially around big holidays like Black Friday, Boxing Day, back-to-school etc.

Yeah, same here... I do get once in a blue moon some offers from PM but I believe most offers are for new subscribers so no point to send them to existing one.

@elsepa it may not be what you are looking for, but per the website there are still Boxing Week plans being offered until January 6.

You have to sign into your account specifically to see what you can switch to. Everyone has own unique offers based on current plan.

Thank you for your help. I contacted Support and they verified I'm subscribed to receive email and SMS but I didn't receive any notifications. They added sometimes the notifications don't go out. Support wasn't willing to consider extending the promos. Not nice. Not nice at all.

I remember this too but can't seem to find anything now.
