Service outages today, January 1st?

Hi. would anyone help me see how to contact Public Mobile's technical support? Last phone call that I got was at 5:29 a.m. after that the status bar on my phone shows in trouble. I am able neither to make nor to receive phone calls except the ones to 611. I have no data as well of course. This is very awkward. If no service tomorrow I will be forced to migrate to another carrier. It's a pity.

Credit card expired? Dialling 611 should tell you the same. Have you rebooted your phone? You can try resetting your networks settings and reboot as well.

If you still need help, a CS Agent can be reached here.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
