    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I purchased the US roaming talk/text/ 3G add-on plan and the system stated “&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Payment Successful&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have successfully received your payment&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;”, however it doesn’t appear in my account payment and the service is not working. The system has also accepted my credit card without a problem.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried rebooting to no avail and the Chatbot provides no solution to the issue as well. I've opened a ticket for support and am awaiting response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
