Hi everyone. How do you cancel a number here? Cant seem to find anyone that can help.

i used to have a public mobile number years ago. Closed out. I was travelling in India Dec and out of the blue I have emails about a new account, new number and charges on my credit card. I need this canceled asap. Please help.

@Hardikcancel If this is completely out of the blue, in addition to what @Phil_Adelphus wrote, you should also contact your credit card issuer and lock the card and report the fraud to them. From your post it appears someone else is using it.

thank you. I've messaged customer service. It's unnerving to think there's a cell number active with my name on it, and I have nothing to do with it.
