      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get into my account.&amp;nbsp; I was able to log in with my email address and password but when I got in with these credentials, it went to the public mobile website.&amp;nbsp; But nder "My account" tab at top right, I cannot get into it.&amp;nbsp; This is where I would see my subscription and payment information or if I wanted to upgrade my subscription.&amp;nbsp; I cannot access this.&amp;nbsp; I'm missing all the black friday and boxing day deals because I cannot access my account.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
