I just signed up for a plan an hour ago but then realized you do not offer wifi calling. Can I cancel immediately without any charges on my credit card.

PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund

Yes and no. If you haven't received a SIM card yet or registered it, then yes, you are entitled to a full refund however it can take up to a month to see it on your credit card. You should keep track to make sure. If you've already registered your SIM card and have a phone number, then no, it's too late for a refund.
