If you haven't received a SIM card yet or registered it, then yes, you are entitled to a full refund however it can take up to a month to see it on your credit card. You should keep track to make sure. If you've already registered your SIM card and have a phone number, then no, it's too late for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
