Was voice working before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot network settings first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not , then you can try to buy a new esim using the PM app, usually it will resolve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just login My Account, go to Account page and Purchase sim card and pick esim.&amp;nbsp; PM system might has you to pay $5 first but you can submit ticket with PM for a reimbursement&lt;/P&gt;</description>
