      <description>&lt;P&gt;So when I re-downloaded the app and tried to log into my account it takes me back to the same screen as the screenshot above. It just says "Subscription not activated" and recommends customer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any live customer support agents? I keep getting "bot" support and it's not been very effective so far in resolving my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't know if they are still open being New Year's eve. Normal hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm est.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They reply via your inbox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
