If I purchase a plan that has unlimited minutes in US, Canada and Mexico - there will be no roaming fees?

There are no roaming fees, as your plan is prepaid.

The Canada US Mexico plan have zero roaming charges. I had the Canada US myself and I was able to make TONS of calls, text messages and use my data while in the US and there were zero extra fees. It's like Roam Like Home. Depending on where you're going, just make sure to check here how to connect to Telco's in the US and Mexico so you have no surprises when you get there.
