Purchased roaming add on. PM shows tiny usage but I get no signal. My wife did the exact same and hers works

@PavelMul have you tried restarting your phone? Which add-on did you buy?

@PavelMul That phone shouldn't have any problem in the USA. Do you have data roaming turned on in settings? Don't try to connect on 5G, set it to LTE and see if the phone will connect to each in turn of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Have you tried restarting the phone? Did you get the $15 talk & text add on or the $30 talk text and 3GB data?
