      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just recently received my SIM card. &amp;nbsp;(New service). When I put my SIM card in my phone I get an error message “SIM not provisioned”. &amp;nbsp; My new number has already been assigned to me although I wanted to port my old number. &amp;nbsp;When I try to log into my account it sends me 2 - 6 digit numbers I have to enter. &amp;nbsp;One by email and the other by phone number. &amp;nbsp;Since my SIM card is not working I am not able to get the 6 digit off my phone. &amp;nbsp;How do I go about getting help on this&lt;/P&gt;</description>
