Current Member: going from iPhone 11 to Iphone 16 Pro -- Sim / eSim?

Hello all,

I am a current member going from iPhone 11 to iPhone 16 Pro. I went to switch my Sim card over and it does not fit. Can you confirm this please? So am I to do the eSim thing now? Is the process for the eSIm the following:

If you're logged into the app

Log into the Public Mobile app or My Account.
Navigate to the 'Account' tab.
Choose 'Purchase SIM Card. '
Opt for 'eSIM. '
Confirm your payment method.
Click 'Pay and Install' to finalize the switch.

Will I lose info on the Sim from the iPhone 11? Do I pay for the eSim? if So will I be refunded?

Both iPhone 11 and iPhone 16 Pro have nano SIM and eSIM capabilities. SIM from iPhone 11 should fix directly into your iPhone 16 Pro. Can you try and see if you put the SIM incorrectly?

If you want to use eSIM instead you would have to buy a eSIM with the steps you have above.
