Hi, my question is i have a long distance 1000 minutes but my Country not in that list, please how can i call or add Armenia in to that list ?

@KhEdgar unfortunately Public Mobile does not have any options or add-ons that include Armenia, only the countries below:

Long distance addon

Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

@KhEdgar Unfortunately you are out of luck. You cannot add countries to the list. Only those listed can be called.

How we can contact to admin? See if they can do something for add Armenia in to long distance calls list

You can call with WhatsApp if all parties have this app or use the Fongo app for free calling and texting through wifi.

You cannot call Armenia as PM does not provide service to that country at all.

I know about What’s upp that’s not a solution, my question is different! Will be nice if Public Mobile can add Armenia in to that list! Maybe in future, thank you

@KhEdgar only way to contact a support agent is through the chat bot or to create a ticket.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
