Porting Number While In Mexico (75 GB Offer)

Hi everyone, 😀

One of my friends is now in Mexico for vacation and would like to take advantage of the offer of 75GB (https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/plans?network=ALL) and port his number to Public Mobile. He wants a physical SIM. Given that this offer is only there until 31st he's asking for a way to do this while still being in Mexico. He's coming back in 2 weeks time. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

@Cheetah24 Tell them to use wifi and sign up for the plan on the website , and when he gets home and has SIM card in hand he can download the app and activate , but by pre paying for the plan he can lock the deal in at least . But would need to have the sim card before he can activate it

The solutions offered will definitely work, but I am curious why, under the circumstances, your friend doesn't want to go with esim?

@Cheetah24 If his phone isn't compatible, I'd get that. But as a preference I find odd considering the offer expires today. If it were me I'd activate the esim and change to physical sim later if I really didn't want esim. Hopefully he gets the plan in time though.
