      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I have 1 account that I'm logged into now for this message but trying to setup a second account with a different email.&amp;nbsp; Trying to take advantage of the boxing week sale.&amp;nbsp; I have tried from my PC as well as the phone app to create this account and I don't get the 6 digit code to setup my account.&amp;nbsp; I've checked my spam folder for that account of course and there's nothing... HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;maybe try a different email address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you were using the app?&amp;nbsp; uninstall and reinstall and try with the different email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you do, click on it and select to receive by email. I helped setup my dad yesterday as a new customer and his email message was in his junk folder. If you are still not finding it you'll need to reach out to a support agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:  &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt; (and then type: Customer Support Agent)&lt;BR /&gt;Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt; (note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just installed the app for the first time on the phone that is going to get the account setup so it's a new install, so a mention of it online...&amp;nbsp; I just tried a backup email address and again no luck.&amp;nbsp; Checked my spam too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For me I can have codes sent by text, email or voice message but I might be seeing different options because I already have an active account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
