      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/511586"&gt;@Proplayer4444&lt;/a&gt;Public Mobile has a targeted plan approach now and the options they make available to each customer depends on what their current plan value is, so they make it super easy to upgrade to more expensive plans but not easy at all to downgrade, essentially, it's whatever we see through our apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the cheapest plan you see available to you to change?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/511586"&gt;@Proplayer4444&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; It's standard practice in the industry to offer plans to new subscribers, it works the other way too. &amp;nbsp;Once you have signed up with a new carrier you're once again no longer a new subscriber and not eligible for certain plans. &amp;nbsp;On the plus side, with Public Mobile you don't get sudden increases in your payments, which does happen with some other carriers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
