      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to port my phone from chatr to pm , I got email from char on the porting out requests and answered yes. But then I got a message from Telus saying ‘there was an issue transferring you number to telus’. No message from PM. I do not understand why and do not know how to proceed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
