      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I successfully ported out of Koodo. My phone has no cell service and I don’t see a public mobile eSIM. I only see a Koodo sim which does have my existing number. What should I do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did reply yes. When following the eSIM link I get an error telling me I cannot activate my eSIM and to wait or contact my carrier . I will suit a ticket thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
