Question about Boxing Week $35 Plan - Discount Permanency

Dear Public Mobile Support,

I am interested in your current Boxing Week deal for the $35 monthly plan that includes 75GB data and international calling minutes. I would like to clarify a few details before proceeding:

Is this $35 pricing permanent/recurring for as long as I keep the plan, or will it increase (to regular price) after a certain period?
If the price does change, what would be the regular monthly rate after the promotional period?

Hi Zhou333,

I am just a customer like yourself. Public Mobile will let you keep the price at $35 a month. Plus you can accumulate points and redeem $10 off if you use 15 points.

So yes, it's recurring as long as you keep the plan 🙂

Once you have the plan you're basically locked into it. While Public Mobile does reserve the right to change it at any time, the reality is that they do not typically do this in practice. But act fast! Generally plans are valid for sign up until late in the day on the expiration date, but we have seen it in the past where the promo is gone first thing in the morning on the expiry date.

As mentioned, this is the price plan. The price will not change after a promotional periods (ie. like some Freedom deals).

However, Public mobile does have the right to increase the price plan in the future. Saying that though, Public mobile is not known to increase plans often. With my seven years with PM, PM has only increase plans once (the grandfathered $10 plan increased to $13).
