It could take up to 24 hours for them to get back to you. It is in my opinion, if you don't hear back within 48 hours, reply again with the words FOLLOW UP in the subject line. When you create a ticket via the chatbot, you get a reference number if I remember correctly. You can add that in subject line as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15043"&gt;@computergeek541&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;could reach out to his connections with customer service and give us an ETA on them assisting customers so we can pass that along to new customers coming to this forum asking about it. Communication is everything here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
