Planning on porting out to telus but I still have a good amount of bill credit from redeeming points. Is it possible to:

- Transfer the bill credit to telus account since PM is also owned by telus?

- Once number is ported out, bill credit remains in email account and I can activate another plan and continue to use the credit?

Thank you!

sorry, you cannot transfer try credit to Telus nor to another PM account, nor use it to activate another account. So, best to say in PM until the credit all used up

however, you can try to ask Telus nicely and maybe they can give you some one time credit

Once you port number out the credits will be gone . So best to use them up before you port out if you have time to do so

So, with that being said, that gift card may cover your credits here. Something to think about.
