    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm an active subscriber with public mobile and I don't have data and am unable to send or receive text messages.&amp;nbsp; It shows LTE on my device, but when I try to navigate to a website, it mentions that I am not connected to the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also unable to receive or send text messages, so I can't log into my Public mobile account with the MFA.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Turning the phone off and back on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Restarting the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Toggling airplane mode off and on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Removing and re-inserting the sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
