Start from scratch and select&amp;nbsp; XMAS deal; use SIM CARD received...&amp;nbsp; and cancel B.F. contract ?&amp;nbsp; Communicate with CSA and see if they can update internally ?&amp;nbsp; Your suggestions are welcome !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But I have a feeling&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/499782"&gt;@ewgyvr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;already pre paid for the 10GB $29 MEX roaming plan so in that case will need support help to change it or create new account with desired plan and different email and ask for refund for the first pre paid plan . But I think it’s easier to ask support to update the plan if OP did pre pay same if they wanted use eSIM at this point after pre paying for physical sim would need their help to change ti eSIM after the fact . And more so to continue to use the original email they first signed up with .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
