URGENT- Portin is stuck due to which incoming calls are not working

Initiated the port in on my number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from Virgin/Bell to Public Mobile .But seems like port in request is stuck somewhere.

My outgoing calls are working but incoming calls are not working. Appreciate the immediate support for resolving it ASAP.
