When someone calls me, the person immediately goes to voicemail. Is there a problem?

@hongsk Check first whether the phone is accidentally on silent (iPhones are prone to this due to the top left button on some models) or do not disturb. Can you call out ok?

@hongsk Did you port in a phone number about a month ago from another provider? Can you check what phone number people see when you call them? This is assuming you have ruled out silent mode or do not disturb.

I'm not sure what you mean, are you telling us you can make calls or asking if there is another number you can call? The questions I asked which you didn't answer are assuming that you can make calls but incoming calls go to voicemail. If you're asking if you can call anyone other than the number @hTideGnow gave you, the answer is no. If they weren't able to help you on that number (I don't think you are a new customer but may have signed up about a month ago) then you need to open a ticket with customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If that doesn't work, send support a private message using this link to explain your problem.
