      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I think my service is disconnected. I didn’t realize today was my payment date and I had to update my credit card info. I just updated it now, but I don’t see any options to push through the payment and I’m not able to use my phone unless it’s on wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
