I’d like to change my subscription to the basic plan…I think it was $15 but I can no longer find it? Do I need to change providers?

You'll only be able to to choose from the plans offered inside your account.

That plan was discontinued for existing customers to change to a while ago.

@Dangler95 You might want to consider Telus's yearly plan, for $100 a year with a promo you currently get unlimited calling and texting plus 2GB of data a month. After the year it reverts to 400 calls and 400 minutes with no data but if that's then not adequate you can always look for something else.
