Hi there I'm trying to change my subscription to the $35 Can-US-Mexico Boxing day Deal and I can't seem to do it. Can someone help? Thank you.

Read an article recently that it would only be available to new activations and upgrades from lower priced plans.

That's not good. We need to have any plan available to us as current subscribers. They are starting to get like Bell, Rogers and Telus where they forget their current bread and butter.

Which plan are you on presently? Public mobile is making it hard for existing customers to choose lower priced plans.

Many existing customers can pick a basic $30 plan and do an immediate plan change. Note: PM does not pro-rate plans. Once you are on the $30 plan, then you should see this $35 promo plan. Make a scheduled plan change for the $35 promo plan.

Unfortunately you are correct but remember that PM is a lower tier of Telus like Chatr with Rogers and Lucky with Bell.

Update: This plan is available for new and existing customers. However, if you have an existing plan already priced at $35/month or higher, you won’t be able to downgrade (thanks P!).

HOWEVER–there is a workaround if you’re willing to spend money or have credits. Downgrade instantly to the $30/20GB plan. Once that completes, upgrade to the $35/75GB plan instantly or at your next renewal date.
