      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody experienced technical issues completing their cell phone account after paying for a phone plan?&amp;nbsp; I'm still unable to get pass the "checking your session..." screen.&amp;nbsp; The screen is literally flickering as if it's trying to process my account...but to no avail...nothing is happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
