You can’t port from PM to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you don’t care to keep the old number. You will need to purchase a new SIM and active/create a new account and pick a new number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/506473"&gt;@Col42&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have the $15 plan and when I look at available plans in the menu...I can select the $19 plan...&lt;STRONG&gt;it is not just for new activation.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Another family member also has the $15 plan and he too, can select that $19 plan as available. Try logging in to your account on the app &amp;gt; Manage Subscription &amp;gt; Change Subscription...then scroll down to the bottom of the menu to see that $19 plan is definitely available. You can select to Change Plan Now OR Change on Renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
