I want to change from my $15-phone plan to $19- plan . How do l do that?

Log in to your account, choose "Change subscription" and select a new plan from the self-serve menu. You can switch to any plan that appears for you.

@Col42- Log into your self serve portal, or go into the app, and find the change subscription option. If you see the $19 plan, then you can change to it. Be sure to select the option to change at the next renewal date - so that you do not lose what you already paid for the current period.

EZPZ...log in to your account on the app / Manage Subscription > Change Subscription...just select the one you want. You can opt to change now or change on renewal.
