Hi when I signed up for my new service with public mobile today I choose an esim as my sim card option but somehow it switched to an actual sim is there anyway to get an esim instead of the sim card

@TCAULFIELD So have you already activated the SIM card ? If so you can just log into the app with phone and buy eSIM and use it instead , but if you haven’t activated yet you need support to change the type sim you want to activate with
