That will turn off your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port your number to another provider.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/509440"&gt;@richardknelsen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Either port your phone number to another carrier which will automatically close your Public Mobile account, or toggle off "subscribed" in your account and the account will close after 90 days of non-payment. &amp;nbsp;If you are a new customer having problems activating and can't do either of those things then open a ticket with customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot access this due to it wanting me to continue with esim setup. I have 3 phone lines with Koodo. I only want to move one. As soon as I finish setup with public they will have koodo close my account. What happens to the other phone lines?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once that account/number has been transferred, that account will automatically close. The other accounts will still stay open.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
