So public was forcing my temp number to RCS after I ported my number. After figuring out the communication method... app first then email (via email, much faster than I thought it would be) They solved my issue easily by crediting $5 then purchased a new eSim. Thanks

hi @KevinGalway

you just have to Reset Network Settings and reboot phone

if that does not work,gi to Message settings to turn off RCS first. Reboot and go back to turn on RCS and it will re-register RCS and will work

Hi and thanks, I did do all of that and it still didn't fix the issue. Again public mobile solved my problem by issuing me a new esim thru $5 credit, and when I installed the new esim everything worked great
