      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/510085"&gt;@Kar10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just login to the account you want to cancel and diable the Subscribe button (AutoPay) then after 90 days of nonpayment your account and service will be closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can port that phone number to another carrier and it will close the PM account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/510085"&gt;@Kar10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;in addition to what BKNS27 has suggested, it's a good idea to reach out to a support agent and ask them to remove your credit card from your account. Even though porting out should automatically close off your PM account we have had customers complain that they were still being charged the following month&lt;/P&gt;</description>
