When did it happen? If you feel you indeed were overcharged use the chatbot to create a ticket and let the Public Mobile agent know and they will review snd assist you further.

Are you, by any chance, including the applicable taxes which are over and above the advertised plan prices?

If you changed plans midcycle, did you realize that by doing so you're charged again for another full cycle, and there are NO refunds NOR prorations for partial cycles used?

Anywhere close?

sometimes the credit card might show 2 payments but one of them in fact is just a pending charge. It that is the case, it will drop off in couple days

And check the payment history using the app or My Account, check if it shows one or two payments
