      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It may not be worth it to you, but one way to downgrade is to start again. Port your number out to another provider and then back in using a new email address, which will result in a new account #, loss of any and all referrals etc. &amp;nbsp;It is frustrating to know that even on a prepaid -no-contract plan, you are somewhat forced to only be able to select a higher priced plan. Good luck whichever path you choose.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say upgrade use mean actually mean more costly.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;For me the $29 month plan is an upgrade since it&amp;nbsp; includes CAN-US-MEX with 10GB.&amp;nbsp; Where as my current plan inlcudes CAN-US with 20GB.&amp;nbsp; For me the use in the three countries is more valuabe than the additional 10GB I current have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So if your plan cost is less than $29 then it should be listed in your account. Example, if your current plan is $30 then this is considered as a downgrade to $29.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
