      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you already using the app and go the error in the last step.&amp;nbsp; So, asking your to use the app won't be helpful.&amp;nbsp; In such case, you already did what you have done and just need to ask PM to help to sort it out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login at this point, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
