    <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have an active 75 GB plan and had to switch phones (water damage) to original phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried getting a new eSim through the FM app, which shows only this option for purchasing a physical sim (see image below). It gave me the 2 options on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of your phone? Is it eSIM compatible?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/509421"&gt;@TRAAVER&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, Further to BKNS27’s reply, you can check if your phone is eSIM compatible as below: (quickly, IPhone XS and newer are, but best to check)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Android&lt;/STRONG&gt;: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Network &amp;amp; Internet &amp;gt; eSIM Cards. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you see the option "Download a SIM instead?", your phone is eSIM compatible. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also check for an "EID" in Settings &amp;gt; About or Status info. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;iOS&lt;/STRONG&gt;: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Mobile/Cellular. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you see the option "Add eSIM", your phone is eSIM compatible&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very late reply, but the original phone was a phone that fell just shy of the e-sim demand. E-sim was not an option on that phone lol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
