topic New plan take effect? in Get Support

Hi

I upgraded my subscription to the $20 plan but within a few mins submitted a second request to the $25 plan instead and it looks like within the Public Mobile website the 2nd one took effect but when I check my credit card website, I only see the 1st one currently in process on the credit card side. I wanted to confirm that PM will reverse the 1st and only process the 2nd?

You can renew right away (no refund for days left on the current plan) or schedule to renew on your renewal day.

Like @NDesai said, it depends on which option you chose — Pay and change plan now or during your next payment cycle. It sounds like you chose the pay & change now option, based on you being charged for the first plan swap. The $20 charge should be reversed or adjusted. However, it may take some time for your credit card statement to reflect this.

I would check your Public Mobile account to confirm the $25 plan is active and contact customer support if the $20 charge is still showing in a few days.
