      <description>&lt;P&gt;you should block the PM number so you don cannot receive the text and reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really don't think PM agent would help for refund.&amp;nbsp; You sim likely have used some of the data already as well&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
