Pinned Message on Community Home Page.

General question, maybe it's possible to create a pinned message with all the information for people/clients trying to upgrade/downgrade to CAN/US/MEX plans, as currently looks like many questions in the Community about the same topic with exact same questions.

I can post the content of the message, but wanted to know if i can pin it somehow.

I believe that I can safely say that a thread on this topic wouldn't ever get pinned. The way that customers are unable to readily change to the desired plan is a restriction.

@computergeek541 Ageed, Public Mobile is not going to promote a workaround to help us game their system. We can all disagree with their restrictions, but at the end of the day it's their business, their forum, and their decision.
