Hi, I've been experiencing a long delay on receiving my ordered & paid for SIM card.

'm feeling particularly anxious as it mentioned somewhere online that they're "non-refundable," but what if theres an issue with the customer receiving their SIM as the delivery has been faulty? I'm frustrated without the use of my phone & account for so much time!

Unhappy & considering switching providers.

you can ask PM to allow you to pick up a sim from a Telus or Koodo store close to you, or even ask them to change you to esim instead

You don't have an active account yet, you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
